Established in 2010 in honour of the late Mr. Kasthuriswamy Naidu, Kasthuri Breeding Farms is a premier broiler breeder enterprise based in Tamil Nadu, India. Operating across biosecure contract facilities in Tiruppur District, the company specialises exclusively in producing high-quality broiler hatching eggs using the Vencobb 430Y strain, in direct partnership with Venkateshwara Hatcheries (VH Group). Kasthuri Breeding Farms operates on a 100% contracted supply model with long-term partner organisations and does not sell to retail or spot-market buyers.

Group Ecosystem

Kasthuri Breeding Farms functions as a core upstream production partner within an integrated supply chain, with output allocated 50% to Kasturi Poultry Farm and 50% to Chandrans Breeding Farms. Group affiliates include Chandrans Poultry Farm (table egg production, ~580,000 birds in lay) and Chandrans Feeds (automated 10 TPH contract feed mill, the exclusive nutrition supplier to Kasthuri Breeding Farms).

Biosecurity & Quality

Closed and open-sided breeder housing with restricted entry, personnel shower and vehicle disinfection gates, misting and forced-airflow environmental control, and terminal sanitation with microbial load testing between flock cycles. Monthly veterinary health audits are conducted by consulting avian veterinarian Dr. Jeyaraman alongside resident technical staff. Feed batches undergo fortnightly laboratory testing for mycotoxin-free nutrition.
